孙树汉

学术任职

第二军医大学遗传学国家重点学科、基础部医学遗传学教研室主任，全军医学遗传学重点实验室主任、遗传研究所所长，第二军医大学“211”工程重点建设学科医学遗传学教研室主任、党支部书记。全国农业转基因生物技术标准化委员会委员、上海生物工程学会副理事长、中国生物工程学会理事、上海医学遗传学专科委员会副主任委员、总后医科会委员、第二军医大学生物技术专业委员会副主任、军队药品评审专家、上海市交通大学BIO-X中心顾问委员会委员、第二军医大学高职评审委员、第二军医大学学报编委。

学术贡献

主要研究方向有临床遗传学（出生缺陷发生机制及诊治）、医学遗传学（复杂性疾病表观遗传学调控）、军事生物工程（重组疫苗理论与应用研究）。近年来共发表科研论文210余篇（其中SCI收录论文80余篇），自“九五”以来，先后承担了国家“973”、“863”、自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目等课题共30余项，以及多项校企联合研究项目。申请专利 14项，获得授权8项，实现科研转让3项。主编了《染色体、基因与疾病》、《现代生物工程》、《医学遗传学》、《医学遗传学教程》、《基因工程理论与方法》、《分子生物学》、《膜联蛋白的生物学及病理学意义》等八部专著和教材。

获奖及荣誉称号

2000年被评为总后科技银星，2001年被评为军队育才奖银奖，2002年荣立三等功一次，集体三等功一次，2003年被评为上海市抗击非典先进个人，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级科技进步二等奖4项、三等奖2项。
